5.2 · Proposals and Quotes
Any proposal, quote, or timeline estimate provided by QodeInvent, whether on this Site, by email, or verbally during a strategy call, is non-binding until confirmed in writing and accepted by both parties.
5.3 · Payment
Payment terms for client engagements will be specified in the relevant project proposal or agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, QodeInvent typically requires payment in milestone-based instalments tied to project phases.
5.4 · Intellectual Property in Client Deliverables
Unless otherwise agreed in writing for a specific project, upon full payment for a completed engagement, ownership of the custom source code, documentation, and other deliverables created specifically for that client transfers to the client. QodeInvent retains the right to use general knowledge, pre-existing tools, frameworks, and non-client-specific code libraries developed independently of the engagement, including in future projects for other clients.
5.5 · Confidentiality
QodeInvent treats client project information shared during the course of an engagement as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without consent, except as necessary to perform the services or as required by law.
